LxJ:What style do you flock towards most?
Christine:Style wise there is no particular trend or look that I stick with, for me its
all about having fun with clothing&fashion I'm super girly so that plays into my
style as well.
LxJ:Do you consider yourself a trendsetter or trend follower?
Christine:When it comes to trends I pick and choose, I am guilty of following trends only
to stay current and update my look, in most cases I can spot looks/trends that
will be around for a while. I also like to consider myself a trend motivator
which means I allow friends and even strangers to try things that I do,if you
love it try it! Sometimes people get caught up in holding on to style but if you
have a gift share it.
LxJ:What item can you not live w/o for the fall?
Christine:This fall I will be decked out in plenty O'FauxFurs and booties.I love faux fur
vest&monkey hair coats.
LxJ:What was the best vintage item you ever discovered and how much was the item?
Christine:I've Scooped a few..but fav find would have to be my sequined blouse,fab find
from florida for $5 bucks worked in every way

I don't think im gorgeous. Thats a word i would give to someone whos outward appearance is breath taking. Perfect even.
I would say I'm a beautiful person. Inside and out. (think about Christina Aguilera's song- Beautiful)
As for pretty, anybody can be pretty. High school girls that don't know any better strive to be "pretty" rather than smart. I'd rather play my part and be beautiful.
Don't take away my....love. My friends and family that love me! They are the main reason why i am the person I am today and why I feel...beautiful.

Saturday night a few friends and I took a trip to Blockheads, a mexican restaurant with a few locations in the city. We had a great night driving around listening to music and having Tequenossssssss! Which are awesome cheese sticks that I would die for right now! As usual we got a little silly but I love hanging out with my girls, you never what trouble we will get into!

When it comes to nails I go crazy! I love all of the different nail designs and options you have. Today you can wear acrylic nails, gel nails, colored gel nails, silk wraps, and more! I usually make my weekly visit to the nail salon for that addictive Mani/Pedi but last week after my traditional Wednesday trip to Walgreens with my friend Vanessa I decided to save some $$!
Walgreens always has some amazing sales and on that day it was NAIL POLISH! We got Wet n' Wild polish for 79 Cents each! and Revlon polish for $2.99 when it was originally $8!
Vanessa bought the Revlon Silver and the Wet n' Wild Glitter, picking a color was the hardest part so we definitely bought a bunch. I bought the Revlon Endless Possibilities which is like a nude color with a hint of pink.
Of course before you paint your nails use some nail polish remover to take off any old polish, also using nail polish remover before you paint your nails lets the nail polish last longer. After taking old polish off your nails take a nail file and smooth out any rough edges. I got this nail file for 70 cents at Walmart when I took a trip to Lake George, I love it because the ladies hand is wearing diamonds. Sorry the photos is kind of bright but you can see it's Sally Hansen LA CROSS and the diamonds sparkle.
With Vanessa's polish she used the Revlon Silver as a base coat and painted the glitter Wet n' Wild over it. It came out really cool because it has an extra shine to it.
I used the Revlon Endless Possibilities as my base coat and had my friend Karina paint cheetah and zebra designs on them with black polish. I was so excited when I found out she could do this because I usually pay a lot extra at the nail salon for them to do this. I think it came out pretty wicked!
Overall our nails turned out great and we saved some $$ on our DIY Manicures!

Rapping since the age of 13 this artist better known as Dru, found his passion for bars from poetry in his high school days. Choosing between Eminem and Kanye West as his favorite artist Dru is ready to see his dream of rapping come true.
LxJ:What do you tell yourself to stay motivated while working to get into the music industry?
Dru: That anything is possible as long as I keep my eyes on the bigger picture and think ahead of the pack. I also keep in mind at all times that life isn’t guaranteed and we have to make the best of ourselves with the time we have here and to me you do that by dreaming big and going for it.
LxJ: What would you like your fans or future fans to know about your music?
Dru: That it’s all heartfelt and honest music that I put a lot into, a lot of thought and effort. Not to mention, my fans can relate to many of my songs because I touch on a whole range of topics from; relationships, love, pain, loss, life, but mainly to show there’s a world out here that we all should experience.
LxJ:What do you want to accomplish in life and by what age?
Dru: Musically I want to accomplish being one of the premier emcees and being able to expand my audience and music driven ventures.
