As many of you know whether you want to admit or not Valentine's Day is approaching this year it's on a Sunday. I've been hearing a lot of people saying either they don't give a fuck about it or they just chose to ignore it because it's so expensive and it's not even a holiday. This post is for all the guys and girls out there using money as an excuse for not giving your special someone a great Valentine's Day.
Not sure if you guys have seen the commercials but Walgreens yes Walgreens is offering someone to go with you through the store and pick out items for him/her for Valentine's Day. Walgreens has many cute items for that special someone that's inexpensive they have singing balloons, teddy bears, chocolate, flowers, and my favorite Snoopy chocolates you know the one that comes with the Snoopy key chain ").
If you don't have time to stop at Walgreens or chocolates, balloons, and flowers aren't you're thing then plan a romantic indoor date. You can either rent some classic lovey dovey movies or catch something on TV if you don't have a Blockbuster card or a Netflix account. Layout a nice blanket in your room or living room with some pillows and popcorn and enjoy. I gurantee you him/her will love it because it's from the heart and you're spending time together (unless you're dating a gold digger, then they'll be pissed lol).

You can also watch some lovey dovey comedies which are my favorite, laughing until your stomach hurts is the best.
Everyone loves a song or a poem so why not write one. You can take 30 minutes out of your day and write him/her a poem or song for Valentines Day it would be the sweetest thing ever that they can keep forever. If you perform the song or poem it would be even sweeter and something you can laugh about years from now.
Last but not least you can make a playlist for his/her iPod,iTouch, or iPhone. Create a list of his/her favorite songs or songs that you guys both love. It's very simple and sweet and you can even name it something sweet and mushy so him/her can see it when they're listening to it.
